Who qualifies
- Small business tenant or commercial property owner in one of 7 Atlanta TADs: Campbellton Road, Hollowell-ML King, Metropolitan Parkway, Perry Bolton, Eastside, Westside, Stadium Neighborhoods
- Project under 15,000 square feet
- Awardee provides a match of at least 10% of the grant award
- Minimum 25% of funds used for exterior improvements visible from public right-of-way

Excludes new construction, operations/inventory costs, and certain business types (smoke shops, liquor stores, adult businesses, etc.).
