Welcome to LexxAutomates. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. (We wrote these in plain language on purpose — but they are still legal terms.)

1. What LexxAutomates is

LexxAutomates publishes free online calculators, guides, and reference pages for everyday decisions — moving costs, shopping, and (over time) other practical topics. The site is free to use and requires no account.

2. Estimates are not quotes or advice

Our calculators produce planning estimates based on published averages, not binding quotes, appraisals, or professional advice. They are not a substitute for written quotes from providers, financial advice, legal advice, or any other professional service. Always verify important numbers independently before making decisions or spending money.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the site or its tools; attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive rates, or reverse-engineer the site; use our content to mislead others; or violate any applicable law while using the site. Automated access that respects our robots.txt and reasonable rate limits is fine.

4. Affiliate links

Some pages contain affiliate links. If you purchase through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is how the site stays free. Our Affiliate Disclosure has the details. Affiliate relationships never influence calculator results.

5. Intellectual property

Text, design, code, and original graphics on LexxAutomates are our property (or our licensors') and are protected by copyright. You may link to our pages and share brief excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of our content, our data tables, or our calculator code without written permission.

6. Third-party links and products

We link to third-party sites and products for your convenience. We don't control them, don't endorse everything on them, and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to keep data current and correct, but we can't promise it's error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexxAutomates and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site — including decisions made based on calculator estimates. Our total liability, if any, is limited to $100.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. The "last updated" date will always show the current version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LexxAutomates operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
