Hold an active City of Atlanta business license
Operate from a commercial space (home-based businesses ineligible)
In good standing with the Georgia Secretary of State and the City of Atlanta

For long-standing legacy businesses only (30+ years); funds cover marketing/advertising, professional services, and technology improvements. Reimbursement basis; scoring favors businesses in historically disinvested areas.
