Who qualifies
- Only filmmakers who directed or co-directed a film that has screened at a Rooftop Films event (alumni directors)
- the new project must be one they are directing or co-directing
Good to know: Short-film cash grants range $500–$3,000; the Adrienne Shelly Foundation awards a $3,000 grant to a female-identifying director; feature grants include a $10,000 cash grant; service grants (equipment, post-production, scoring, casting, film stock) also available.
